Unless I missed something, two large parking lots across from the stadium are reserved for Kodak employees and visitors. I found a lot on Plymouth St. and paid $5.50 - the walk to the ballpark took about five minutes.
There is a picnic area in right field that caters to groups and another one in left field that requires a pre-purchased ticket. Frontier offers a wide range of food selections at the concession stands - although not all were open for this weekday afternoon game.
I could not find a seat with an obstructed view. There is ample second level seating, some of which is covered. A ring of luxury boxes extend to the left and right of the press box. I would guess that the highest seat is a mere 200ft. from the field - if that.
This is a good ballpark. The ushers are helpful, but not instrusive and they allow free access to autograph and picture seekers. In fact, I would say this is the best Triple A facility I've visited (to date). While ballparks with downtown area locations offer logistical problems (like the parking I mentioned), that's where they belong - smack in the "heart" of the city - cheers to Rochester!
